Our holiday home was built on a mountain slope. This means that in addition to the large main flat, it has a flat with 4 beds and its own bathroom in the basement. On request we also open another, otherwise unused flat with 3 sleeping places and private bathroom (shower, toilet). So in total there is room for up to 12 people.
Main area with pool
The main apartment was equipped with ceiling heights of about 5 meters due to the warm summer days. You will be thrilled when you enter because you look over the dining table and the covered terrace directly at the Costa Blanca. You can enjoy the sea view from all rooms except the bathrooms.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. One bedroom offers the possibility to put up an additional bed, the other one has a desk. In both rooms there are built-in cupboards. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened by means of roller shutters. Every room in the upper floor is air-conditioned.
There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and washing place. One bathroom has a bidet, a bathtub and a washing machine, the other has a shower.
In the dining area there is a large dining table, a sideboard with some games and storage space for items you have brought with you. From here a sliding door leads directly to the covered terrace, where you can sit in the shade and watch the sea in summer.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and various cooking utensils as well as of course crockery, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living area is optically a little bit separated and is in the tower. It invites you to sit comfortably, listen to music and watch TV.
On the west side of the terrace you will find the barbecue area. Here you can sit comfortably in the evening sun and watch the sunsets in the mountains as well as the illuminated coastal strip with a glass of wine.
Bedrooms in the basement
There are two optically separated bedrooms, each with two beds, a bathroom (shower/toilet) and a sofa. The kitchenette contains a water tap and crockery. Always available are a refrigerator for cool drinks with freezer compartment, an air conditioner and wifi.
